I ordered this item as a gift for a high school counselor. I have received glowing reports on this gift. As I rewrapped it, I noticed the excellent workmanship on very high quality materials. The user confirms this and adds that the design of the case is very considerate of function as well as a counselor's hard usage. The only suggestion for improvement (and this from both giver and recipient) is for the handle to be padded. When well-loaded, this unit seems a bit uncomfortable for all day use.
