If you are going to hang this from the back of the seats its a little flimsy or loose. If it sits on the floor of the back then maybe it will sit better. Holds a lot of items but if they are heavy items like water bottles or a air pump is may sag. The clips are ok they don't really hold their position too well, so after you clip them in you may need to wrap the slack around the clip a few times to secure it a bit better.Helps with organization, just not something you want to keep putting things in and taking out frequently.
