In one of my packs the bottom on one of the boxes was missing but the supplier was super helpful and immediately sent me replacements. I live the look and the quality. On assembly there was a bit of a whiff (the glue I expect) but I left them out to air all day and it was gone and none since. Only negative is they have a very odd smell like they been sitting in a warehouse for a long time maybe, its been a month or so and still smell strange. I've had to add in some sented bags to try and cover it up!
